Customer Service 2

Phone rang this evening. Pipex (my broadband supplier) on the line, offering me the same service as I currently have for £5 a month less. No brainer.

Signed up on the spot.

they said they'd send me an email to confirm.

Just logged on.

I have 21 (twenty one) various emails in my inbox from Pipex relating to the "change of service". It's nice to be loved, but one would have been enough.
